Zsofia Paizs Greenbaum, MSOD, ACC (Founder/CEO), has dedicated the past two decades of her professional career to helping leaders, teams, and organizations thrive.

As a leadership coach, Zsofia works with individuals to deepen their self-awareness and realign their actions to increase their personal fulfillment and amplify their organizational impact.

For organizations, Zsofia designs resilient structures and systems that anticipate and address issues before they grow.

 

And she has done this work with organizations facing some of the nation’s most intense challenges - including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Zsofia holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and an Evidence-Based Coaching certification from Fielding Graduate University. Ms. Greenbaum is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach.
